I bought this as a Xmas gift for my hubby who is a real Trekie, however, I'm sure he's going to be disappointed in the "cheap" looking shirt. You can't tell from the photo but there are emblem-like design all over the fabric and it is stamped on. The material is a bit flimsy and not of a quality I was expecting - still, I guess my husband will wear it once for Halloween next year and then into the closet it will go. Think real hard before you decide to purchase this though.

My sister got married last month, and I wanted to impress her in-laws, whom I'd never met, during our first introduction at the wedding party. I wasn't invited to the ceremony itself, but that's another story for a different product. Seeing as the entirety of my closet consisted of board shorts and tank tops, the only respectable threads I had going on in my wardrobe were a pair of black slacks and one of these Rubies Men's Star Trek Movie Deluxe Shirts (gold, of course). I got the outfit ready in anticipation of Halloween; I had no idea I'd be wearing it to my sister's wedding. Upon arrival at the hall where the party was to be held, I was told by the door man that my look would not do.
"What're you talking about, man? This is a clean front I'm putting on here." I felt that I was in the right, being my sister's brother and all.
"Sorry, sir. This is a private party. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." The ape of a guard did not take my stated relation to the bride at face value.
So what did I do? I grabbed my skateboard out of the trunk of the Kia Sportage I rented, built up some solid momentum in the parking lot, and shredded my way right into the hall. Needless to say, I had a great time and was the life of the party. The in-laws pretty much avoided me all night, but still, I can't recommend this shirt enough.

Reasonable quality considering price, the lines are printed on, and the Starfleet emblem is not as fine as the picture makes it seem.
