Product Description Born on Earth, McCoy is a highly skilled physician and an astute judge of human nature. Crusty and outspoken, McCoy dislikes and distrusts much about space travel and technology. McCoy's highly passionate emotions and Spock's dependency on cold logic and intellect help to balance Kirk's gutsy command style

The first thing I want to say about this figure is that it looks exactly like Karl Urban. There is no mistaking who it is meant to be. And that is probably it's most positive feature.
All in all, these figures are not as well made as the line of Star Wars figures put out by Hasbro. They're close to the same size but they're more cheaply made and have less range of motion than the Hasbro line.
Dr. McCoy comes with a hypospray and a data board. He holds both reasonably well. He also comes with a belt and a phaser. The belt slides on easily but since his hips are very narrow and he's very thin, it doesn't sit snugly on his hips. The phaser fits snugly into the belt and he can hold it easily enough even without the rubber band.
But there are problems with McCoy. First of all, one leg is longer than the other. At least, on the figure I purchased. I tried pushing and pulling on his legs to try to get them to match but it seems to be a construction problem. As a result, he doesn't stand very well. If you do not have his legs in precisely the right position, he falls over.
Another problem is that on my figure, his hips don't bend. One does, a little. The other is so stiff I'm afraid it will break if I try. I've never had this problem with a Hasbro Star Wars figure. As a result, Bones cannot sit at any console, including the one he comes with. His elbows are jointed but also very stiff, as are his knees.
